Loader Heavy Equipment

A high-torque engine, load-sensing hydraulic system, and hydrostatic drive are combined to produce a loader that starts smoothly and gives operators precise speed control. This combination allows a loader to have great breakout force, short cycle times, and a stable performance on uneven surfaces. In addition to the above-mentioned performance elements, structural integrity is greatly enhanced through strong frame, reinforced bucket linkage, and optional heavy-duty chassis. Operator comfort is maximized through an open view from the cab, low noise and vibration, ergonomic control placement, heated seats, and climate control. Multiple attachments may be used utilizing a universal quick-attach coupler, along with the following attachment tools: standard bucket, multipurpose bucket, forks, grapples, and bale spoons. In addition, maintenance is simple through easy removal of the engine hood, convenience in accessing all filters and regularly scheduled maintenance points, and the convenience of remote telematics (i.e., for diagnostics). Finally, safety features include rollover protective structure (ROPS) and falling-object protective structure (FOPS), as well as slip-resistant steps, rear cameras, and load-sensing hydraulic systems with stability sensors.

F&Q About Loader Heavy Equipment

What is the rated lifting capacity of the loader?

Configurations, tire sizes, ballasting, and attachments all affect the rated operating capacity of your equipment.
The Loader can use many different tools such as buckets (standard and multi-purpose), pallet forks, grapples, bale clamps, and snow blades.
Accessible service points, a conveniently located engine hood, easy access to filters, and optional remote diagnostics through telematics are all part of an effective maintenance plan that contains regularly scheduled lubrication, hydraulic system inspections, and routine inspections to ensure maximum uptime.
Telematics modules utilize various types of real-time data to provide users with information related to their machines. This includes information on the machine's location, hours of operation, available fuel, temperature, and fault codes.

Advantages of Loader Heavy Equipment

High Performance Powertrain

The loader has a strong, responsive hydraulic system and a strong-reversing powertrain that provides strong breakout force, fast cycle times, and consistent delivery of performance under extremely heavy loads. The powertrain has been designed for smooth operation, improved fuel efficiency, and extensive durability over a wide variety of jobsites.

Exceptional Operator Comfort

Operators within the cab experience a relaxing and spacious environment with ample climate control, comfortable seating options with heating capabilities, and outstanding line-of-sight visibility.

Versatile Attachments and Ease of Use

The loader has a hydraulic boom that can be adjusted to different hydraulic pressures. Using the quick coupling couplers, the loader can accept many types of attachments (buckets, grapples, forks, snow blades, etc.).

Rugged Durability and Reliability

With heavy-duty frames, reinforced link connections, and protective designs for the undercarriage, these machines are built to withstand the harshest environments while providing maximum productivity to end-users.
