Large Wheel Loader

The Large Wheel Loader's rugged construction and sophisticated technology deliver long-term reliability in some of the harshest job site conditions. The frame is made out of high-strength steel with reinforced roll and mount points designed to endure harsh operating conditions. The engine and transmission work together to ensure a balance between power and fuel efficiency while preventing dust and debris from affecting uptime in extremely dusty job sites by using an advanced cooling and air filtration system. The job-ready hydraulic systems allow for maximum breakout force while having precise control for smooth loading and unloading of materials with the bucket. The low throttle idle design of the cab, along with large glass windows, increases safety and provides comfort for operators. The operator controls include joystick and pedal options, creating flexibility for operator preferences. Maintenance points, diagnostic ports, and service timing indicators create an efficient plan to complete scheduled maintenance. By adding attachments such as grapples or multipurpose buckets, the Large Wheel Loader has numerous uses across multiple industries such as mining, construction, or waste-to-energy production.

F&Q About Large Wheel Loader

What is the load capacity?

The machine's maximum ability to move freight is determined by the weight of your bucket combined with its ballast. A typical machine can haul several metric tons at ground level when it is in a standard configuration. For exact specifications, consult the machine's data plate and your dealer as they will give you details concerning machine configuration and options that vary by model.
Turbocharged engines, adaptive drives controls, and smart hydraulic systems optimize fuel economy. The loader has eco mode strategies to reduce the amount of fuel burned at light load and still be able to meet performance requirements by modulating engine speed and hydraulic requirements when used heavy.
In accordance with the manufacturer's schedule, routine maintenance consists of daily inspections of fluids, tires/tracks, and filters. Major servicing takes place every 250 to 1,000 hours depending on model and application, and consist of oil changes, cooling system inspection and hydraulic filter replacement.
The primary safety components consist of Rollover Protective Structures (ROPS), seat belts, operator presence detection devices, rear-facing mirrors or cameras, and load-sensing/unloading stability measures. It has also been designed with emergency stop capability, audible warnings while moving, and adequate guarding of the hydraulic system.

Advantages of Large Wheel Loader

Powerful Engine

Designed to work exceptionally well all day long, the loader offers diesel engine power that delivers torque and exceptional fuel economy. It provides quick acceleration, excellent breakout forces, and constant performance under heavy load conditions, which provide less cycle time and an increase in overall site to throughput for all types of materials being handled.

High Reach and Dump Height

A large capacity boom and bucket provide for far reaching and higher dump heights. This allows for greater efficiency of loading into higher containers or stockpiles while maintaining a stable load. The combination reduces the need to reposition the machine and helps to produce a more accurate load in a congested yard.

Advanced Hydraulics and Control

The ability to control hydraulics with responsive action allows for exact and effortless lifting based on variable flow rates for various attachments. The use of proportional controls; load-sensing technology; and adaptive pressure relief settings optimizes the time it takes to cycle through the materials being lifted and decreases wear while increasing operator confidence when completing complicated lifting tasks involving multiple attachments.

Ergonomic Operator Environment

The Cabin is designed with the comfort of a long-service life in mind, by providing a spacious and ergonomically-designed seat with low-noise acoustic levels. The cabin contains adjustable seating positions, easy rigding and great visibility; thus, reducing operator fatigue and increasing accuracy. Also, the climate control system and the high-quality air filtration systems of the cabin allow for maximum productivity by the operators when operating under difficult environmental conditions.
